1. Who We Are

Radiance Tribe is an AI-powered personal style advisor operated by Radiance Tribe (Trade Name). Our website is radiancetribe.in and you can contact us at care@radiancetribe.in.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only what's necessary to provide the service:

Phone number — collected when you verify your identity for Elite membership via OTP. Used only for authentication.
Outfit photos — uploaded by you for analysis. Used only to generate your style report. Not stored on our servers after analysis is complete.
Style analysis data — your style score, colors and tips are saved to your Style Closet if you are an Elite member. This is linked to your phone number only.
Payment information — processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Usage data — basic analytics like page views via Google Analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected here.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the AI Style Advisor
To verify Elite membership via OTP
To save your Style Closet history (Elite members only)
To respond to your support queries
To understand how people use our service so we can improve it

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. Ever.

4. Your Photos — Important

Your outfit photos are sent to Google Gemini AI for analysis and are not stored on our servers. Google's use of this data is governed by their own privacy policy. We do not retain, view or share your photos after the analysis is complete.

Please do not upload photos containing sensitive personal information or images of other people without their consent.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data — pages visited, time spent, device type. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your style data is stored securely in Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on all pages.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Please use the service responsibly.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access to the data we hold about you
Request deletion of your data at any time
Withdraw consent for data processing
Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority

8. Third Party Services

We use the following third party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Google Gemini AI — image analysis
Razorpay — payment processing
Supabase — data storage
MSG91 — OTP verification
Google Analytics — usage analytics
Vercel — website hosting

9. Children's Privacy

Radiance Tribe is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of Radiance Tribe after changes means you accept the updated policy.
